Follow in the footsteps of Napoleon and the rich imperial heritage he left in his memory: in addition to the château, owned by the Lannes family from 1804 to 1818 and visited by Emperor Napoleon I, there’s the park designed by Jacques Laffitte, the emperor’s banker who designed a park to the glory of the imperial epic, and numerous villas in the town centre built during the Second Empire.
