The Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame de Poissy 

The Collégiale Notre-Dame de Poissy is sure to fascinate you! Showcasing the transition from Romanesque to Gothic art, the Collegiate Church is astonishing in its style, with two bell towers, a tangle of chapels, buttresses and pinnacles… The Collegiate Church is also fascinating for its history, and during your visit you can get close to the baptismal font where Saint Louis was baptised. And don’t forget to look up to see the fantastic bestiary of gargoyles that dominates the 15th century porch, and the fantastic stained-glass windows that illustrate the stories of the past. Villa Savoye 

VThe Villa Savoye is an internationally renowned masterpiece of modern architecture. The villa “Les Heures Claires”, better known as “La Villa Savoye”, was designed by the famous architect Le Corbusier between 1928 and 1931 for the Savoye family, famous for having created the brokerage firm Gras Savoye. A place that will fascinate architecture enthusiasts with its purity of composition and rare symmetry. Its unique character was recognised by UNESCO in July 2016, confirming its significance. The Villa Savoye hosts numerous exhibitions throughout the year!

The old Poissy bridge

It’s a place steeped in history that you’ll discover on your stroll along the banks of the Seine in the Pisciac region. Although only the vestiges remain today, the old Poissy bridge was once majestic, spanning the river for almost 400m and topped by four mills. The entire history of the city of Pisciac is recounted through this edifice, marked by the ravages of time. Meissonier Park

Breathe in the fresh air of the Parc Meissonier. As you may already know, the town of Poissy is closely linked to automotive history. The Musée de l’Aventure Automobile retraces 70 years of history through a unique collection of vehicles! You’ll find models and brands such as Ford, Simca, Chrysler, Talbot, Peugeot and Citroën. Created in 1984, the “l’Aventure Automobile à Poissy” association is dedicated to evoking all the events that have marked the history of the Poissy car plant, which began in 1938 with Ford S.A.F, the French subsidiary of the American automaker Ford Motor Company. The Noyau de Poissy distillery

The last traditional artisan distillery in the Paris Region, the Noyau de Poissy distillery is an enchanting place steeped in history.
