Perched on the Louveciennes hills, the aquaduct is an impressive sight with its 36 arches and 643 m (2110 ft) length! A majestic construction to discover while you're out walking or cycling!

The Aqueduc de Louveciennes was built in the 17th century to supply water to the estates of Marly and Versailles. Its history is therefore intimately linked with that of the Machine de Marly, a formidable hydraulic construction that enabled water from the Seine to be raised.
Although the aquaduct itself can no longer be visited, it's worth taking a walk to view its arches.
