The Eglise Sainte Clotilde de Chambourcy-Aigremont was built in stages over the course of several centuries. In fact, the building was begun in the 9th century, while its bell tower dates back to the 12th century, its nave was added in the 17th and its porch in the 18th century.
One important date to remember in relation to this church, however, is the year 1502, which was that of the first baptism in Île-de-France.
