It was the very first church of the village of Maisons-sur-Seine dedicated to Saint-Nicolas, saint patron of mariners. Partly destroyed during the Hundred Years War, it was rebuilt in the 15th century.
It was abandoned in 1896 and became a multipurpose room in 1988.
