On Saturday 15 March, enter the Salon des Littératures de l'Imaginaire and immerse yourself in a world that invites you to rethink the world of today and tomorrow.
Whether you're a fan or just curious, this is the perfect opportunity to explore new horizons!
Science fiction, fantasy and fantasy will be in the spotlight with round tables, film meetings, illustrator exhibitions and comic readings.
With 15 authors taking part, including 8 women - still a rarity in SF - this 3rd edition promises a captivating literary journey. Between book signings and author meetings, enjoy a chat with Ariel Kyrou, journalist, writer and radio commentator. This specialist in new technologies and SF has a unique perspective on the world of fantasy. Then there will be comic readings by three authors: extracts read aloud, illustrated live on large format by Sarah Ayadi, comic strip artist.
Extend the experience to the big screen with a special programme of SF and futuristic films, in partnership with the theatre-cinema, including a ciné-goûter for the little ones on 5 March and a ciné-rencontre on 11 March.
Highlights include
- Meetings and book signings with authors,
- A talk by Ariel Kyrou, journalist and specialist in new technologies,
- Live comic readings by three authors, performed by Sarah Ayadi (comic book author),
- Screening of 7 cult SF and futuristic films (Wall-E, The Substance, Bienvenue à Gattaca, The Pod Génération, Mars Express, La cité des Enfants perdus) in partnership with the theatre-cinema, including a film-snack with Wall-E on 5 March and a film-meeting on 11 March.
