Indeed, the Ile-de-France vineyard was at one time the largest vineyard in France! Combining tradition and modernity, the Bouche du Roi embodies the rebirth of the Ile-de-France wine identity and rewrites its history from a blank page, with solid know-how and an idea of wine resolutely of its time.
